How can I reduce CPU usage while gaming on a low-end PC?

I'm really struggling with my PC when I try to play games, especially Minecraft. Every time I launch the game, it shows that my CPU is maxed out at 100%, even when I set the graphics to the lowest options. I'm not very tech-savvy and don't know much about specs or how to improve performance. Any advice would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like your CPU might be on the lower end if it's getting pushed to 100% while playing Minecraft. Upgrading your hardware could really help, especially if you can add a better graphics card to share some of the workload. If that’s not an option, you might want to try some performance tweaks in settings or close background applications before gaming.

You should also check if your CPU is overheating, which can cause it to throttle and run at 100%. Make sure you have enough ventilation or consider cleaning the fans. To check the temperature, you can use software tools like HWMonitor or Core Temp. If you need help with that, I’d be happy to guide you!
