I'm having trouble with my main SSD where Windows used to boot up normally, but now it only starts as if I just did a fresh install. What's the best way to reinstall Windows without deleting my data when I can't boot into the system?

If you've got a lot of important data, it might be easier to first transfer all your important files to another drive before trying to reinstall Windows. Just to be safe!
You might want to try performing a repair installation. That way, you can keep your files intact, but keep in mind you'll need to reinstall your applications afterward.
