I'm dealing with an annoying situation where my ex-boyfriend's name is showing up on my iPhone with a heart in the upper left corner, especially in the control center and on the lock screen. I really want to get rid of this reminder, but I have no idea how he even got it there in the first place. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

Another thing you could try is to go into your settings, then Focus. From there, you can rename or even delete any specific focus modes that might be showing his name. If you're not seeing anything to rename, then it might be tied to a different setting!
It sounds like you've got a profile set up on your iPhone. Check this out: go to Settings, then General, and look for VPN & Device Management (or Profiles & Device Management). If you see any profile there, tap on it and remove it—you should be able to get rid of that name quickly!
