I've run into a problem where my Windows 11 installation's boot sector seems to be damaged. I'm trying to update the system using a USB drive with the Windows installer, but I can't find an option to install over the existing Windows 11 setup. I've also tried the repair options, but none of them seem to work. I'm really hoping to avoid a complete wipe and reinstall since that would mean losing everything and having to set everything up again. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this issue without going through a full reinstall?

Make sure your Windows boot media is working properly. If all else fails, formatting the drive and doing a clean install might be your best bet. Just double-check that the installation media isn’t corrupted this time.
I see you have the Windows 11 installation media from Microsoft. That should work, but unfortunately, I'm not sure there’s a direct way to install over the existing setup without losing it all. It might be worth grasping if there's a way to save your current files first before taking drastic measures.
If you can get a version of Windows PE, you might be able to repair the boot sector using tools like Macrium Reflect. It doesn't always work, but at least you'll be able to access some files and back them up before a fresh install if that fix doesn't pan out.
