I'm trying to configure calendar sharing settings in the Exchange Admin Center. I've followed the steps to set up sharing options, and everything seems to be working well for most users. However, there's one user whose calendar isn't respecting these settings. Is there a way to enforce the Free/Busy information view using PowerShell, or could their sharing settings be overriding the policy?

If the calendar shows all details, it could be that old recurring meetings are involved. They might still display full info even after you change the sharing settings. Also, consider the potential impact of individual user settings.
It sounds like the issue might be specific to that user. Check their local calendar permissions; they may have set something that overrides the default sharing settings.
Have you verified the sharing settings directly from their calendar instead of just the Exchange console? Sometimes individual settings can cause confusion.
