How Can I Set Up a Secure File Drop for New Employees in Microsoft 365?

We're trying to improve the process for new staff who need to submit documents and ID copies to our HR team. Right now, they send everything via email to a shared mailbox, but we're getting feedback that some files are quite large, leading to multiple emails. We want to provide a secure way for new starters to upload their files without needing a Microsoft account since we can't give them access until their documents are processed. Is there a feature in Microsoft 365, maybe something like a Dropbox, that allows this?

You might want to check out the OneDrive file request feature. You just select the folder where you want the files to go, click 'Request files', and you’ll get a link to share with your new employees. They can upload directly without seeing any files in the folder. Just make sure your upload settings are all good.

That sounds promising! I just needed the right terms to search for. Thanks a lot for the tip!
