I'm using Garuda KDE on my Lenovo Ideapad 510 with an i5-7200U processor and an NVIDIA 920MX graphics card. I really appreciated that on Windows, I could type my PIN using the numpad without needing to activate NumLock, and it would log me in automatically. However, on Linux, I have to manually turn on NumLock, enter my PIN, and then hit the Enter key, which is a bit cumbersome. Are there any solutions to simplify this process?

You might want to check your BIOS settings to see if there's an option to enable NumLock on boot. That could help with your issue!
In KDE System Settings, go to Input & Output, then Keyboard. There's a "NumLock on startup" option you can toggle. Make sure that's on, it might help with your login process!
I already looked at that, but the option was set to on.

Thanks for the tip, but I checked and there isn't any option for that in my BIOS.
