I've been experiencing really long boot times on my Windows 11 machine. I've tried all the usual fixes, like removing everything from the startup list and checking the BIOS settings. Everything is up to date, but nothing seems to help. Would it be a good idea to enable fast boot in both the BIOS and Windows, or should I only enable it in the BIOS and disable it in Windows? I'm out of ideas here and would really appreciate any guidance! Here's my setup: 4090 GPU, 13900k CPU, 64GB RAM at 6400mts, and a z790 hero motherboard.

Windows 11 is pretty stable, so you don’t need to restart all the time. Instead, try using sleep mode to save power, and maybe restart your PC once a week to keep things running smoothly. This can help clear out memory and improve performance.
It's generally advised to enable fast boot in the BIOS. Just be cautious about enabling it in Windows, as it can lead to issues for some users. If you don’t need to boot from a USB, leave it off in Windows for a smoother experience.
How long are we talking about for your boot time? Sometimes a long startup could indicate another underlying issue beyond just settings.
