I'm trying to listen to YouTube while browsing other apps like Reddit, but every time I do, the YouTube video keeps pausing. It's super annoying to have to constantly click the speaker icon on the Reddit videos to mute and unmute, just to keep my YouTube video playing. I'm looking for a way to permanently disable this auto-pause feature so I can occasionally play videos simultaneously without interruptions. Is there a way to do this?

You can’t prevent the auto pause entirely, but a workaround is to toggle the sound on the video briefly. It sounds silly, but for some people, it has worked. They have been mentioning this workaround for quite some time as a temporary fix, especially with muted videos.
Unfortunately, you can’t play two videos at the same time on most devices. The system just isn’t set up that way. It's really a bummer because I totally get the frustration of it auto pausing when you really just want to switch between apps without it interfering.
