Hey everyone! I'm currently writing a story and it's really annoying to see those red squiggly lines under all my words, including names and made-up terms. I'm using Notion for this project. Any tips on how to disable those red lines or make them go away?

From what I've seen, especially in most writing apps, adding names directly to your personal dictionary can save you some hassle. But just keep in mind that having names spelled consistently in your writing is really important!

Ohhh right! I can add words to the dictionary. Thanks!

The red lines show up because of the spell checker. You can turn it off completely or just add the new words like your character names to your dictionary. Check out Notion's help section for more specific instructions!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll look into turning the spell checker off.

Honestly, maybe just learn to spell better. But seriously, if it's about your own made-up words, you got this! Just add them to your dictionary.

You could just right-click on the word and select "Add to dictionary". That way, it won't underline it anymore! It’s a quick fix for your unique names and terms.
