How can I stop Windows Defender from repeatedly detecting a Trojan virus?

I've been dealing with a pesky issue where Windows Defender keeps detecting 'Trojan:PowerShell/Boxter.HGS!MTB'. It shows the alert for a few seconds, acts like everything is fine, and then goes right back to detecting it again in a loop. My computer is currently offline, so I need advice on how to fully remove this Trojan. Any ideas?

It sounds like there's a persistent loader that's trying to re-inject the Trojan into your system. If the standard scan isn't cutting it, try running a full offline scan—this can help catch and remove the source that's causing the repeated alerts.

I did both a full scan and an offline scan, but it still pops up again. Any other suggestions?
