I have a set of 16GB (2x8GB) T-Force DDR5 RAM sticks, but I've noticed that only one of them is being recognized in my system. I've already tried reseating the RAM and swapping their positions to test if it's a motherboard slot issue. What else can I do to determine if one of the sticks has failed?

Definitely check if the machine can POST with just the bad stick in each slot. If it fails to POST in any configuration, it's likely that the RAM is indeed dead. Just be aware that even with RGB lights on the stick, it can still fail to function properly.
You could start by testing each stick individually in each slot to see if one will POST by itself. If the good stick works in both slots, but the bad stick doesn’t POST at all in either slot, that’s a strong sign it’s the RAM stick that’s dead.
