I've got a new (used) laptop that's exactly the same as my old one in terms of hardware, but I'm struggling to get my Windows 10 settings to sync. I've tried a bunch of different solutions I found online, but nothing seems to work. Once I sort this out, I can focus on reinstalling my programs and transferring my photos. Just to let you know, I'm autistic, and setting up new tech can be really stressful for me. I really want my new laptop to look and feel just like my old one - the same background, identical settings, you name it. I'm having a tough time and would really appreciate any help!

Unfortunately, my old laptop's drive is totally fried. I keep getting bluescreens when trying to play games, the keyboard's a mess, and the camera/mic are super unreliable. It's like everything is broken, and I can't even use the drive anymore.
If the hardware is identical, you might be able to just swap your boot drive from the old laptop to the new one, provided they have removable drives. Just make sure to check your Bitlocker settings before you do that! It could save you a ton of time since you'd basically be picking up where you left off.
