I'm having some serious issues with my computer. After making some changes, I keep getting a blue screen error and it seems to say 'no single found'. I need help figuring out how to undo these changes so I can get my computer working again. Any advice would be appreciated!

I’ve been in your shoes! I couldn't even get into Safe Mode. I tried all the recovery shortcuts like F11 and Shift + Power, but nothing worked. It was really frustrating! Just hang in there and try those options for uninstalling updates; they might help.

You might want to try uninstalling the latest Windows updates. You can do this from the recovery options. If Safe Mode isn't accessible, you can use a USB with Windows installation media to access recovery tools and uninstall updates.

It sounds like you might need to gather some dump files to diagnose the blue screen errors. If you can boot into Windows normally or even in Safe Mode, check the folder C:WindowsMinidump for any crash logs. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site, like Catbox or Mediafire, since Reddit is picky about links. Multiple dump files would be ideal, but if you only have one, that’s a start. You can also follow a guide to set your computer to create small memory dumps if needed.
