Hey everyone! I've been stuck out of my iPhone 12 for almost a year now because I kept entering the password wrong. I've tried fixing it with my laptop but had no luck. Is it possible for me to just go to an Apple Store and get some help with this?

You can actually erase your phone using iCloud! Just head over to icloud.com/find, and you should be able to erase and remove the lock. Once you do that, it'll be like starting from scratch with a fresh iPhone.

You might just need to restore it through recovery mode by connecting it to a computer. The Apple Store can definitely assist you with that, and again, just ensure you have your Apple ID and password ready.

Look, I get it, but there’s no magic solution to unlock a phone once it’s locked. You’ll need to erase it and then restore from a backup, if you have one. Just make sure you're ready with your Apple ID and password!

No worries! It can be frustrating. Just accept that you might lose everything, and it'll be easier.

I appreciate the info! I know I haven't provided all the details, so thanks for understanding. I'm really just confused about the whole process.
