How can I update my NVIDIA graphics card firmware if I can’t get a display?

I recently purchased an NVIDIA 5060 Ti graphics card, but I'm having trouble getting it to work. I've checked that the card is properly seated, but I get no display when I power on my PC with the GPU installed. I found out that this might be a common issue related to needing an NVIDIA firmware update. However, since I can't update the firmware without the card being in the system, and I don't have integrated graphics to fall back on, I'm stuck. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

One approach might be to try updating your motherboard's BIOS with your old GPU, assuming you still have that. Many users find that a BIOS update can resolve compatibility issues with newer graphics cards.

If you've already updated the BIOS with the old GPU and it's still showing a black screen with the new 5060 Ti, I'd suggest double-checking your connections and possibly trying a different power supply, if you can. Sometimes it can also be a power delivery issue.
