I have my operating system installed on an HDD, but I'm wondering if I can utilize my SSD for running games and other applications. I'm not fully informed about how the setup works since I wasn't the one who set it up, but I'm facing laggy gaming and slow processing times. Is there a way to improve performance without switching the OS over to the SSD?

To really make your PC feel faster, you should consider reinstalling Windows on the SSD and setting it as your boot drive. Keeping just the OS and important applications on the SSD will greatly enhance performance. Half-measures won't cut it if you're aiming for a smooth experience!
I hear you! My installer suggested this too, but I'm nervous about switching everything over. Just finished my build recently, so it's not too much trouble to change things around. Do you have any tips for making the transition smoother?
