I'm really puzzled here! My computer seems to be running perfectly fine, even though I removed the SSD I was using for storage. I just booted it up to write this post, and everything seems normal. I was planning to use that SSD as an external drive for my laptop, but now I'm curious—how is this even happening? I can still access all my files and use Microsoft software without a problem. Can someone help me understand what's going on?

Sounds like a miracle! Maybe Windows is just being generous today! But in all seriousness, there’s likely still some storage left that you're overlooking.
It sounds like you might not have removed the drive where Windows is installed. If your PC has multiple storage options, there could still be a hidden m.2 SSD or something else that you didn't notice. Double-check your setup!
Actually, that's the only storage I had, and it was where my OS was installed. I don’t get why it still boots up!
There might be a bit of leftover storage that allows the PC to function. Sometimes, there are very small storage options that keep it running even when the main drive is removed.
It’s possible you have some onboard storage hidden behind the graphics card or elsewhere that wasn't obvious. It’s worth taking a look!
But what about the OS though? How is it running without the SSD?
