Hey everyone! I was on a FaceTime call with my girlfriend, and she got a nudity warning while changing. We tried to disable this setting, but it was locked. I did some searching online but couldn't find any answers. Just to give you a bit more context: her Apple account is for someone over 18, she isn't part of an Apple family group, Screen Time is completely turned off, and there aren't any profiles that could lock this setting. She's using an iPhone 13 with iOS version 26.3. Any ideas on how we can turn off this nudity warning?

If you haven't already, try rebooting both phones. Sometimes a restart can fix these kinds of glitches.
Have you checked your account settings as well? Sometimes restrictions can be set at the account level, not just the device.
What do you mean by that?
We already did that, but it’s still locked.
