Hey everyone! I have a Dell Latitude 3310 with Windows 10, and I'm looking to reset it completely. I think there's a school board's admin control on it and I can't log in. I'm a bit lost on where to start to get this fixed. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The answer really depends on what you mean by 'school board administrator.' If they set it up to keep you connected to their network, you might not be able to remove those restrictions unless you’re planning not to connect to the internet at all afterwards.
You can try accessing the BIOS by hitting F12 or the Delete key when you boot up. From there, you should be able to wipe the drive and then reinstall Windows.
If you have a Windows install CD, you could boot from that, go into troubleshooting, and open the command prompt. From there, you can rename utiman.exe and replace it with cmd.exe. Usually, you can also access the command prompt from the login screen by pressing Windows + U. It might seem complicated, but there are resources online that can guide you through it.
