Hey everyone! I'm working with a Forgeon Arcanite case and the A RGB and fan controller has some loose cables that I'm unsure about. I have a picture here (https://imgur.com/a/Rf3UUDG) showing four connectors with two pins each. Could someone guide me on where to plug these in? Any help would be awesome!

Those loose cables seem to be daisy chain fan connectors. Basically, they're meant to connect extra fans to a single header on your motherboard. You actually don’t need to plug anything into them if you don’t plan on adding more fans.
Just wanted to mention that it looks like one of the fans might not be PWM, based on what I see in the picture. Also, what's up with that white circle on one of the pins? It might be worth checking that out!
