How Do I Get Device Licenses for HP Printers to Work with Papercut?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently using Papercut with about 30 Xerox copiers and I'm looking to integrate some HP printers that are compatible with it. I need to know how to obtain the device licenses for these HP printers. Is this something handled by HP or Papercut? The vendor quoted me $950 for each printer license, and I'm curious if there's a more affordable route to get these licenses. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, you do need a Papercut license for those printers. However, I did notice that while there is a conversion fee for moving your licenses, it's a lot cheaper than buying a new perpetual license. So make sure to check that option!
