Hey everyone! I'm currently an intern at an IT company and have been teaching CompTIA courses for about five months now. I did well with the N+ and S+ courses, but I realize I've mostly just learned the theory. Recently, my bosses have tasked me with managing two clients' Office 365 domains, which I agreed to without really knowing what I'm doing. I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed and stressed because I'm meeting the clients tomorrow. Can anyone recommend some good YouTube videos or other resources to help me prepare? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the world of hands-on IT! It's great that you recognized the difference between theory and practice. A good way to get some experience is to try platforms like TryHackMe, which offer practical exercises. Although you might feel nervous, focusing on the full picture will help you become a better teacher in the long run. Just be curious and be willing to explore!

Thanks for the tip! I've actually used TryHackMe for a bit, but my main concern right now is specifically with managing domains for Office 365. Any other suggestions?
