How do I install a Wi-Fi PCIe card in my PC?

I'm tired of my TP-Link USB adapter being slow and frequently disconnecting, so I'm ready to upgrade to a PCIe Wi-Fi card. I've picked out the one I want here: [link]. However, I'm not sure how to go about installing it since there's a bunch of stuff blocking my motherboard. I built this PC myself a few years ago, and I have only done basic things like cleaning it since then, so I'm a bit uneasy about opening it up. Here are some [pictures](https://imgur.com/a/WBFOyn6) of the inside, though they're not the best due to reflection. My specs are:

- Motherboard: MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
- CPU cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
- RAM: HyperX FURY DDR4

What steps do I need to take to disconnect and connect things for this install?

You should find two PCI-E slots below your GPU, one x16 and one x1. The Wi-Fi card can go into either of these slots! Just remember to power down your PC and unplug it before opening it up.

Does it matter which slot I use for connectivity?
