Hey everyone, I'm not an admin but I'm running into a bit of a snag at work. We're close to implementing a print-on-demand system, and it's working pretty well. Here's the setup: when we scan 5 items to put in a box, a label gets printed and manually stuck on. The catch is that I've got a product that goes in boxes of 4 pieces, but I need 2 labels for each box. I'm trying to figure out the right commands to send to my Zebra ZD421 printer to print duplicates. The commands I've found seem to be for printers with touchscreens, and mine is a simpler model without one. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you thought about chatting with your IT department or the software vendor? The ability to print duplicates usually ties back to the software rather than the printer itself.
Yeah, my IT department is pretty unhelpful. They've even struggled with loading fonts! I ended up figuring quite a bit out on my own. The software developers haven't cracked it yet either. I know it's possible with EZPL commands, just can't seem to find the right info.
