How do I stop PowerShell from randomly popping up on my Windows 10?

I've been dealing with this pesky issue where Windows PowerShell keeps popping up out of nowhere and stealing focus from whatever I'm doing, whether it's a program or game. It's usually like three popups that appear for a split second and then vanish. Has anyone experienced this, and how can I fix it? I'm on Windows 10 Pro.

First, make sure you're not accidentally downloading any malicious code that could be triggering this. A good starting point is to check the Event Viewer to look for any unusual logs. It might give you a clue about what's causing the popups.

I checked the Event Viewer, and it just shows occurrences every minute at the information level. What should I look for specifically?
