I'm having a tough time removing my graphics card. Even after pressing the lock, it won't budge. Plus, I can't insert it back properly either. Can anyone offer some advice?

Don’t worry too much! It’s alright to tug on it a bit more if you need to. Just make sure everything is unscrewed and aligned before trying again.
Did you remember to unscrew it? That’s usually the first step! Check if there's a screw holding it in place; sometimes you can forget about those during the hustle of building or upgrading your PC.
It sounds like your card might be misaligned. Make sure you're pulling it out straight and not at an angle. The metal tab at the back could be preventing it from moving if it's not lined up properly. You might need to gently push that tab back while trying to pull the GPU out.
