I'm trying to figure out how to disable the OpenGL FPS counter. The title pretty much sums up my problem, but I'm also curious about why there seem to be so many of these counters appearing. I'm pretty sure it's not related to anything Nvidia. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked if Razer Synapse is causing the issue? Sometimes those overlays can mess with your display settings.
Could you share a screenshot? That might help to see exactly what you're dealing with.
