I'm currently using Intune to manage our laptops and iPads, which are Entra-joined. However, our servers are still managed with GPO and are Active Directory-joined. I'm curious to know what tools or methods you all are using for server management? Do you prefer Azure Arc or something else?

I manage my servers with a mix of AD, GPO for policies, and rely on Qualys for automated patching. It works like a charm for keeping everything secure and updated.
We've got an AD environment with GPO, but I find Azure Arc isn't worth the investment for us. For managing our 6 Domain Controllers and Primary Domain Controller, I use n-able along with ILO and iDRAC, and it’s been smooth sailing.

I stick with good old AD and GPO, and I also incorporate Ansible alongside NinjaOne for ease of management. It gets the job done effectively.
For server management, we're all about the traditional route with Active Directory and Group Policy. Plus, we use Azure Update Manager, and yes, Azure Arc has been a game changer for hotpatching in our Windows Server 2025 environment.

Isn't Azure Arc free though? I thought the additional features require payment.
