I've finished choosing the parts for my new PC and am just waiting for everything to arrive so I can assemble it. The build includes a Ryzen 5 7500X3D, an ASRock B850M motherboard, 32GB of G.Skill DDR5-6000 memory, an RTX 4070 Ti Super, and a Segotep 850W 80 Plus Gold power supply. I also bought a Jemip Legend Pro case with five fans and a fish-tank-style layout, along with an MSI MP251L E14L monitor. The graphics card and power supply were unexpected gifts, which was a very welcome surprise. My only leftover part is a single 16GB DDR5 stick. Does the overall build look balanced, and should I consider liquid cooling, or will my Thermalright X 120 air cooler be enough?

It looks like a nicely balanced system overall. The 7500X3D’s extra cache should help with gaming smoothness, especially frame-time consistency and 1% lows. The 32GB memory kit gives you much more breathing room than 16GB, and the 4070 Ti Super is a strong card that can outperform a 5070 in many situations. The motherboard and 850W power supply also seem like solid choices.
You probably don’t need liquid cooling just because it’s a gaming CPU. If the Thermalright X 120 is properly mounted and your case airflow is decent, it should be sufficient for the 7500X3D. A liquid cooler is optional rather than necessary, and a good air cooler is often simpler and easier to maintain. Keep the spare 16GB stick as a backup unless it matches the current kit exactly; mixing memory can sometimes cause stability problems.
