How does this PC build rate for 1440p/120Hz gaming?

I've put together a PC build that I'm considering for 1440p gaming at 120Hz, and I'm looking for some feedback. Here's the build link: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/86pFDj. I have a few specific concerns:
1. Will this setup handle modern games like Crusader Kings 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Ghost of Tsushima, and Call of Duty at medium to high settings?
2. Are the components I've chosen good quality? I aimed to save money by selecting affordable coolers and storage, but I'm worried about their reliability and reputation.
3. Is this build somewhat future-proof? I want to avoid upgrades for the next five years, so reliability is key.

I'm planning to make the purchase in December when prices typically drop in Canada, so I'm not concerned about reducing costs right now; I just want to ensure this build meets my gaming goals. Any advice would be appreciated!

This build should work fine for you, but I’d suggest considering a different parts setup that I believe is better: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/yKXQHW. In my opinion, it has a more reliable PSU and SSD, plus an improved RAM kit and cooler for better performance.

What’s specifically better about the SSD and cooler? And I thought most 850W gold PSUs were pretty much the same—what sets yours apart?
