I'm planning a one-hour drive and I'm using my phone for GPS navigation. I was curious if 1 GB of data will be enough to last the entire trip, considering I'll be mainly relying on the GPS. What do you think?

Consider checking your phone's data settings before you go. Disable background data for all apps except for your mapping tool to save data. It can help keep you under your limit for the drive!

That's smart! I always forget about background data. Thanks for the tip!

You'll be totally fine with 1 GB just for GPS! GPS data is pretty minimal, so it shouldn't use up much of your data.

If you're only using the maps and have set automatic updates to use WiFi, 1 GB is usually more than enough. Just be careful with other apps; watching videos or heavy usage can eat through that data quickly!
