I'm setting up a multi-GPU rig primarily for animation production, video editing, and VR gaming. I've got a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, an RTX 5090, and I just ordered a 2x32GB DDR5 6000MHz CL40 RAM kit. Now, I'm second-guessing my choice because I've heard CL40 is considered subpar. Given the high investment I've made in my build, will this RAM create a bottleneck? I have the option to return it until February, so I'm curious if I should.

Honestly, with current RAM prices, almost any working RAM is good RAM. You might not want to stress too much about the latency. Just go with it!
For sure! Prices are all over the place right now, so just keep what you’ve got.

Real talk, the RAM I got last December has already gone up in price, so make the most of what you have!
