At my workplace, we've recently transitioned from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and had to create a new golden image as part of that move. We utilize Citrix PVS for provisioning and VMware ESXi for our hypervisor, though we're exploring other options. I'm curious about how frequently others rebuild their images from scratch. Do you do it after major OS upgrades, never, or perhaps at set intervals?

My IT manager insists on a monthly rebuild to ensure everything is up to date with the latest Microsoft updates. We fully update all applications and run a Nessus scan before publishing. It's quite a hassle!
