How Should I Position My Case Fans for Optimal Airflow?

I'm building my PC inside an Okinos Mirage 4 case, and I'm a bit confused about the fan placements. The right side front has a glass panel, so I'm unsure how to set the fans up for either intake or exhaust. Additionally, since I'm using air cooling, should I have the air cooler fans facing towards the left side at the back? Any advice on the best setup would be greatly appreciated!

Generally, you want to have your fans positioned with intake at the bottom and exhaust at the top and back. This configuration helps establish good airflow, especially since warm air rises. So, make sure to set it up like that!

That sounds good, but will it still work well if the case sits on a desk?
