I recently got a new iPhone from Verizon for a business user, but I can't find it in Apple Business Manager (ABM). There isn't any login on the iPhone yet, and I'm using a Windows PC. Can anyone guide me on how to access ABM and link this new device?

All the tips here are solid. For future purchases, consider buying directly from Apple using your account—this way it’ll automatically associate with your ABM.
You could also have Verizon add the device directly to your ABM instance, or just use Apple Configurator if you're up for it.
The easiest way to add your new iPhone to ABM is by downloading Apple Configurator on another iPhone. Log into your ABM account there, then enroll the new iPhone into ABM. After that, you can remove Apple Configurator if you don’t plan on using it again. Check out the Apple support guide for more details.
I went through the same process last month with Verizon. My representative had to add our ABM account on their side, and after a few days, the new phones appeared in ABM.
Using Apple Configurator is a must here! It simplifies the enrollment process, but you could also ask Verizon to add it for you since they’re an authorized seller.
No need for that! Just tell Verizon to add it. They can definitely help with this since they handle ABM enrollments.
^ This is definitely the way to go! Just a heads up, make sure your device is running iOS 16.x or later.
