I'm trying to create a bootable USB drive with Windows using my MacBook, but I'm running into some issues. This USB drive is meant for a friend's laptop that currently has a Chinese version of Windows that's stuck in the wrong language. We've tried using Balena Etcher, the dd command, and a few other methods, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone guide me on how to get this set up correctly?

It sounds like Balena Etcher usually does the trick, so I'd suggest checking a few things first. Make sure you're selecting the right boot device when starting the laptop and double-check the ISO file you're using. Sometimes the ISO itself can be the issue.
Could the USB drive be the problem? My friend bought a cheap one and it tends to have connection issues.
