I'm having trouble getting a specific fingerprint driver to load during our SCCM imaging process for Windows 11 24H2 on our HP 840 G9 desktops. My HP representative hasn't been helpful and just directed me to the standard HP Elite Support line, which left me going in circles with basic troubleshooting steps like rebooting. Has anyone successfully escalated an issue like this beyond their HP rep? I've even scoured LinkedIn for help. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried loading the driver manually on the machine? If it installs manually, consider looping in Microsoft support as they might have insight on SCCM related issues.
Unfortunately, I attempted manual installation of the HP driver, but it still shows a yellow exclamation mark. I also tried using HP Image Assistant, but that didn’t resolve the issue either.
