I was gaming when my laptop froze while loading some info. I closed the lid and came back an hour later, but now I'm stuck in a loop where the screen stays black. I've tried the Win+Ctrl+Shift+B command, but it didn't work. I also read online that I could try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the task manager, but that's not helping either. I can still see the cursor and the blue loading circle keeps spinning. If anyone has a solution, I'd really appreciate the help!

Be careful when making changes to BIOS or disk setup; it can end up causing data loss. Always make sure your backups are good first. For more detailed help, check out some troubleshooting FAQs online.
Try force shutting down your laptop and then restarting it. That can sometimes kick it back into gear. Just hold down the power button until it turns off, then turn it back on and see if that helps.
