I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad from 2024 with Windows 11, and I'm facing a frustrating issue where I keep seeing 'ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED' along with 'no internet' messages. I've tried almost every tutorial I could find online, reset my network multiple times, flushed my DNS, and even changed my DNS server settings. I'm pretty sure this isn't a problem with my network. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

First, try adjusting some services that might be interfering. Press the Start button, type 'Services', and hit Enter. Look for and stop these services: Lenovo Vantage Service, Lenovo Intelligent Thermal and Network Protection, Lenovo Hotkeys Service, and WWAN AutoConfig. After stopping them, be sure to restart your PC.
Also, make sure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes, an incomplete update can cause connectivity problems. Head to Settings > Update & Security and check for any pending updates.
It's great you tried resetting and flushing your DNS! Have you checked your network adapter settings as well? Sometimes toggling the adapter off and on or updating your network drivers can help. Give that a shot!
