I've been having a frustrating issue with my ASUS VivoBook TP401MA laptop where I can't connect to wifi because the driver is missing entirely. It's been sitting unused for over a year, and I run Windows 11 64-bit. I've tried factory resets and network resets, but every time I attempt to install drivers, it says they're "added to 0 devices." I'm not sure what to do next, and I'd appreciate any help or questions you might have!

Hey! Just throwing this out there—have you checked if the wireless function is toggled off with the Fn+F12 key? If that doesn't work, you might want to take a look inside your laptop. Sometimes the wireless card can get loose, so reseating it can help. Also, check your BIOS to see if there’s an option to enable wifi. Those are simple fixes that often help!
Glad you looked into the BIOS! If you need help with opening the casing, just search for a service manual for your model online. They usually have good guides on how to access the hardware.
Thanks for your suggestions! The Fn+F12 key actually increased the volume, so that wasn't the issue. I did try looking into checking the card, but getting the casing open was tricky without worrying about breaking it. I looked in the BIOS but couldn’t find any specific wifi options.
