I recently upgraded my GPU and did a BIOS update. A couple of days later, I noticed that my CPU usage has spiked and it's overheating more than I'd like. I even swapped out my AIO cooler thinking that might be the problem, but it didn't help much. My i5-13600K idles at around 40 degrees but hits 70-75 degrees during gaming and can reach up to 97 degrees during a multi-core Cinebench test. Seems a bit too high, right? I've already tried tightening the mounting screws. What should I do next? Here are my specs: i5-13600K, Gigabyte RTX 5070, Asus Prime Z790-P WiFi, 32 GB Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz (X.M.P enabled), Corsair H150i Elite LCD XT, and Corsair RM850x. I'm gaming at 165 Hz on 1440p.

Hey! First things first, what's your ambient room temperature? Also, are you using an LGA1700 contact frame? That could play a role. Lastly, do you know the package power your CPU reaches during Cinebench? It helps diagnose the overheating.
I think my room temp is somewhere between 15 and 20 degrees, but I’ll check. I also used the LGA1700 backplate and the Intel bracket as per the manual. For the package power, I'm not sure how to see that in HWMonitor.
