I recently got an Asus Vivobook Go14/15, but I'm facing some frustrating issues. The function keys are locked, and I wanted to change that in the BIOS. Unfortunately, I don't have any access to Wi-Fi; it doesn't even show up in the menu. Plus, there's no sound, and I can't adjust anything like brightness through the function keys or settings. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Try right-clicking the Wi-Fi device in Device Manager and choosing to uninstall it. After that, reboot your laptop. This is known to be a common problem with Vivobooks. Once you get Wi-Fi back, be sure to download updated drivers from ASUS for better performance!
Have you tried checking the network settings in Windows? Even with a keyboard issue, your touchpad should still be working. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi on the left side. It’s possible that the Wi-Fi is turned off or there’s an issue with the hardware. Also, some laptops have a physical switch to enable/disable Wi-Fi, so check for that too!

I don’t think so; my keyboard issue is fixed, but it’s more about the network card. In Device Manager, it shows a yellow sign with code 56. I wanted to get the chipset drivers from the Asus store, but without internet access, I can’t share from my other devices either!
