I'm looking to flash my BIOS chip in order to unenroll my computer from a company's lock system. Does anyone have any advice or information on how to go about this? Any help would be appreciated!

As a small PC repair shop owner, I can tell you that it really depends on the system and how it's set up. I've come across plenty of systems that were locked down so tightly that even flashing the BIOS didn’t help. Some of them would re-lock as soon as they connected to the internet, so proceed with caution!
