How to Force Update Exchange Server Status in O365 Admin Portal?

I recently faced a hiccup with our Exchange 2016 servers, which I couldn't update until now due to various reasons. I've exhausted the 90-day grace period allowed for having them unpatched, but they still appear as outdated. Plus, we've set up Exchange 2019 servers. Is there any way I can manually force these servers to reflect as updated in the Exchange Admin portal?

I'm a bit confused. Can you clarify what the 90-day grace period is about? Also, Exchange 2016 is supported until October 2025, so what’s the urgency? Just ensure you have the latest update downloaded since future updates will stop coming anyway. What's the main issue you're facing with the admin portal?

We need to keep our systems compliant, and scheduling conflicts kept us from applying updates. I’m looking for a way to manually reflect the updated status in active and hybrid setups.

You could try downloading and installing the cumulative updates (CUs) for Exchange. Just remember to back up everything first, as the installation process can be a bit tricky. But it sounds like you've already updated the servers, so they should just need to refresh their status.

I did the same but still see them listed as unpatched in EXO. It’s frustrating!

Have you considered rerunning the Hybrid Configuration Wizard? It might help refresh the connection and update the status on both sides.
