How to Get 120Hz on PS5 Pro with My Monitor?

I'm using a PS5 Pro connected to a monitor that supports 1920x1080 at 120Hz, and I have an HDMI cable that can handle 4K at 120Hz. However, even though I have the performance mode enabled both in the game and system, I'm only getting 60Hz when playing AC Shadows. What could be the issue?

It looks like your monitor is an Acer XV240Y, which is great for 120Hz gaming. However, keep in mind that AC Shadows might only support 60fps in performance mode, so even with everything set up correctly, you won't achieve 120Hz with that game. Check the game settings to see if there's a way to enable higher refresh rates, or try another game that definitely supports 120Hz!

Do you think it's more likely a limitation with the game rather than the monitor's capability?
