I have an employee who recently got married and officially changed her name. We often face problems whenever name changes like this occur. Is it as straightforward as just changing her name in the KnowBe4 admin panel? Has anyone else dealt with this issue and can share their experiences?

From what I remember, the name change is linked to the primary email. So, if you change that, you need to update the user info in the KnowBe4 admin. It’s a bit of a hassle, but necessary.
