Hey everyone! We're facing a recurring issue where our computers unexpectedly reboot during the workday due to Windows updates. It seems like Microsoft is really ramping up their update prompts lately. This month's hassle seems to stem from the Security Update for Windows (KB5062553). Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround? Just to note, we use Kaseya's VSA for our patch management.

Have you configured the policy to prevent auto-restarts for users who are logged in? We noticed that this policy hasn’t been reliable with Windows 11 versions 23H2/24H2 since late last year.
What patching tool are you using for updates? That might affect how the updates are handled.
You could check out the Microsoft documentation on delaying automatic restart after updates. They have some guidelines that could help with scheduling updates and restarts, but it’s important to know that sometimes Windows just bypasses those schedules anyway.
