Hey everyone! I'm currently using a Dell laptop with ChromeOS Flex and I'm looking to switch back to Windows 10 since Windows 11 isn't supported on my device. I tried creating a bootable USB using the ISO file, but I ran into some issues. I removed the .iso extension and added .bin instead, then flashed it with the Chromebook Recovery Utility, but it doesn't show up as an option to boot from. My current boot settings are UEFI with Secure Boot enabled. Can anyone assist? My laptop model is a Dell Inspiron 15 3558, equipped with an i3-5005U and 8GB RAM.

You should just create a standard Windows Install USB directly from Windows. Renaming the file type might be messing things up. Here’s a good resource to make the USB: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10. Make sure to do it from a Windows machine if you can!

I'm actually using a Chromebook, so I can't access the Media Creation Tool since it doesn't run on ChromeOS or Linux.
