I've been trying to find my BitLocker recovery key but haven't had any luck searching through my emails. Now I'm stuck at the BitLocker screen and I tried using the command prompt with the command 'manage-bde -protectors -get C:', but I received an error message: ERROR: An error occurred (code 0x90070057): The parameter is incorrect. Can someone help me understand what this means and how I can find my recovery key?

Just a heads up, if you can't find it in your emails, it's likely saved in your Microsoft account. But make sure that's the primary account used on this PC.
You might want to check your Microsoft account at myaccount.microsoft.com and look for the device list. Your BitLocker keys should be there if you logged in with the right account when you set it up.
Are you sure you were running the command prompt as an administrator? Sometimes that can cause issues with certain commands. Try running it as admin and see if you still get the error.
